24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a fee charged for appointments cancelled beyond the 24 hour point. Cancellation fee will be 50% of the service booked. Next appointment will not be booked until fee has been paid.

Stylists work 100% on commission. This policy is in place to protect them. When a client isn’t in their chair, they are not paid. 24 hours gives the salon the ability to fill the appointment time with a customer from their wait list.

Please give as much notice as possible. Please also remember when an appointment is cancelled, getting rescheduled may be a challenge as stylists book far in advance. We do our best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible
