CANCELATION POLICY

All appointments have a 24 hour cancelation fee. If an appointment is canceled after the 24 hour time, a 50% fee is charged. This is in place to protect the stylist. Stylists are commission only. If a customer is not in the chair, they are not paid. Canceling prior to 24 hours gives the salon the ability to attempt to call a customer on their wait list, fill their chair, and earn the full value of their time. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. We send confirmation texts with this same information days prior to appointments to prevent this and keep all involved happy and taken care of.
